Project Overview and Challenges:
- This project involved high-end fit-out of the washroom for the fine dining restaurant Wakuda, located at the Marina Bay Sands Tower 2 lobby. The works required exceptional attention to detail and premium-quality finishes to meet the exacting standards of Marina Bay Sands and the restaurant’s luxury brand identity.
- The project presented significant challenges, particularly in the coordination of M&E services above the ceiling within a highly congested area containing numerous live building systems operating 24/7. Our team executed the works with precision and meticulous planning to ensure zero disruption to ongoing operations within the hotel complex.
- Despite these challenges, the project was completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The client expressed satisfaction with our fine workmanship and professionalism, further strengthening our long-term working relationship with Marina Bay Sands.
