With over two decades of experience in the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering field, Mr. Eddy Low has built a distinguished career defined by technical excellence, leadership, and innovation in the construction industry. His professional journey began with a leading Japanese M&E multinational corporation, where he started as a Project Engineer and progressively advanced into management roles. His early exposure to complex, large-scale projects cultivated his strong foundation in engineering design, project management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Before founding Ediv Engineering, Mr. Low served as the Head of M&E for a renowned A1-grade main contractor in Singapore, where he successfully led major projects across the commercial, industrial, aviation, and institutional sectors. Under his leadership, he has accumulated an impressive project portfolio exceeding S$200 million in M&E works, earning a reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions within budget and on schedule.
Mr. Low’s expertise spans a wide spectrum of building systems, including Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Electrical, Plumbing, and specialist systems integration. His proven ability to align technical execution with strategic objectives has made him a trusted partner to clients and consultants alike.

Letter of Commendation from our Client, Changi Airport Group:
In March 2020, during Covid-19 pandemic, Singapore Changi Airport need to carry out Covid-19 swab test for all incoming passengers. It was national emergency call, our team were mobilized within 24 hours to start design and build a 1440sqm testing facilities within 10 days including obtained FSC to operate the facility. We almost mobilized all our possible resources to deliver the project within the super tight time line, despite all foreign workers were quarantined in dormitories and most of the supply chain were not available during first Covid-19 Circuit Breaker.
