Scope of works: Air-conditioning, Toilet Exhaust, Electrical and Fire Protection Systems.
Project Overview and Challenges:
- This project involved the design and construction of mechanical and electrical (M&E) services for 15 toilets located within the Changi Airport Cargo Airfreight Centre and Airport Maintenance Centre.
- One of the key challenges was the absence of as-built drawings, which required our team to conduct thorough site inspections and trace all existing services above the ceilings before planning the necessary diversion works. Despite these constraints, we successfully coordinated with multiple stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to airport operations.
- The project was completed successfully within budget and under a tight schedule, meeting all quality and safety requirements.
