Project Overview and Challenges:
- This project involved the demolition and refurbishment of an existing 4-storey building with 1 basement level.
- Our scope of works covered the removal and replacement of all existing mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems throughout the entire building, except for the sprinkler and water tank systems.
- As a super fast-track project, our team worked tirelessly — operating almost 24/7 from commencement — to complete the full refurbishment within an impressive 5-month period.
- The works were executed under strict adherence to the school’s operational and safety requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing activities.
- Despite challenges, including delays in authority clearance due to existing structural non-compliances, our team successfully completed and handed over the project within the stipulated timeline.
- This achievement underscores our company’s commitment to quality, precision, and timely delivery, even under demanding schedules and complex project conditions.
